Screening Facts is an independent data-publishing project by Axion Labs, an independent publishing studio (contact: hello@getaxionlabs.com) — the same team behind denialfacts.com and nycticketfacts.com. We publish public complaint data about US screening companies and plain-English explanations of the federal rights that apply when a report is used against you.

What we are not

• Not a credit-repair company — we sell no dispute services and make no promises about outcomes
• Not lawyers; nothing here is legal advice
• Not affiliated with any screening company, landlord, employer, bank, or agency

Every statistic we publish names its public source and computation. Errors reported to us are corrected same-day.
